International Vinegar Research Institute

International Vinegar Research Institute has a mission to study, gather, utilize and make available information on vinegar.

We gather and disseminate this information from all over the world. We do experiments in collaboration with various universities, such as South Dakota State University, to find new methods of producing vinegar. We look for new ways of using vinegar. We search libraries, the internet, books, periodicals as well as attend classes, seminars and conventions all over the world to find information on vinegar.
