Making Vinegar Cookies

Vinegar cookies are one of the nicest cookies I have tasted. They are rather easy to make and have a unique sweet and sour taste. You don't actually taste the vinegar right away. But it is there, and it adds something really special to the taste of these cookies. Try'em!

Put
1/2 C butter (margarine dosen't work)
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
2 tbsp pecan vinegar
3/4 C of sugar

into a large bowl and blend until the butter is soft and all of the ingredients are mixed well.

Stir these well then add
1 1/4 C of flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder

Mix well then bake at 350 degrees until slightly brown ( about ten minutes ins gas oven.. Add some nuts or raisins if you like. Try different kinds of vinegar. Each vinegar has something special to offer these cookies.

Learn many unique ways to enjoy vinegar. Whether it is vinegar cookies, vinegar tasting parties, collecting, investing or making paper from vinegar, Vinegar Connoisseurs International will show you how.
